You agree that you will not post any spam nor any repetitive non sensical messages. You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself. In your use of our site, you agree that you will not post any information which is vulgar, harassing, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, (towards known or unknown persons), or otherwise violative of ANY laws.
Administrative Conduct:
Although the administrators of The Copper Shop will attempt to keep all objectionable comments and messages off the boards, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and the owner(s) of The Copper Shop will not be held responsible for the content of any message.
The Copper Shop reserves the right to delete, move or edit any User Content (including User Content posted in any interactive area) that it may determine, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for all User Content posted by you. The Copper Shop shall have the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any User Content, as it may determine in its sole discretion.
The Copper Shop, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account, registration, or use of the Site, for any reason. You agree that any such termination may be effected without prior notice, and that The Copper Shop may immediately deactivate or delete your account or any related information and files in your account or bar further access to such files or the Site. You agree that The Copper Shop shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.
